Help us to raise an additional £5,000 to help families financially and make memories possible
COVID-19 has had a huge impact on all of us but perhaps more so for those affected by cancer – some of the most vulnerable in our communities. Through our fundraising to date we’ve raised almost £12,000 and we can’t thank our supporters enough. This means we’re now able to open our benevolent fund for applications which is great news at such a vital time.
However, if we are to help as many families as possible, our fundraising can’t stop and we’ve just launched a crowdfunding campaign which we hope will help us to raise £5,000. This will build on the funds already raised for grants and, importantly, allow us to start working with families to plan their ‘Memorable Days’. We’d like to be in a position to roll out this service as soon as Covid restrictions have been lifted and it’s safe to do so. We know many with cancer have had to shield meaning they’ve been unable to meet up with loved ones or even leave their homes for almost 12 months. We want to be in a position to help their families and friends start making precious lasting memories as soon as we get the go ahead from the government.
Please visit here to donate whatever you can. Help us to help those affected by cancer and make lasting memories – because memories matter.
Thank you.
